As an Account Director, you’ll be overseeing several accounts across our UK and global business; which means some of the best-known brands in healthcare will be in your hands!

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Taking responsibility for the strategic development and direction of a portfolio of accounts
  • Defining and owning the client strategy
  • Partnering with the project management team to ensure successful delivery of projects within time, budget and scope
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts
  • Working with project team and client to agree budget, scope and timeline
  • Taking responsibility for revenue forecasting and delivery
  • Own the overarching relationship with the client
  • Line management and development of junior team members

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in a healthcare advertising agency
  • Already working at Account Director level, or extensive experience as a Senior Account Manager ready to step up
  • Extensive experience with pharmaceutical clients
  • An ability to create a brand strategy
  • Excellent relationship management experience
  • Proven effectiveness as a people leader and line manager
  • Experience of the full project life cycle
  • Strong commercial acumen & financial/budget management experience
  • Proven experience with organic and new business growth
