The ideal candidate is someone who is able to work in an Agile team, think quickly, plan carefully, and work well with others using varied forms of technology and coding principles.

About the role: The C# / .NET Full Stack Developer role will be working as part of a small team of developers, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the software being developed. The role is primarily Full-Stack, although an emphasis on front end development and web application design would be preferable. The role will also include back end and middle-ware development in a range of applications varying from console IoT applications to Cloud based applications.
In addition, you will also get involved in writing ASP.NET Web applications to ReactJS Applications. You will be able to write new functionality required by the business, as well as investigate different approaches to tackle new projects and requirements. You should be passionate about Object Oriented Coding and Software Design and enjoy the challenges that working with new technology brings with it.
You will work with technologies that include – C#, .Net, SQL Server, JavaScript (ReactJS, NodeJS, jQuery, Angular) and gain some exposure to projects involving IoT, PHP/ Laravel framework, Cloud services (AWS, Azure & Office 365) and Raspberry Pi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance solutions and applications utilising OO coding practices
- C# / .Net full lifecycle development
- Front End Web Development and Web Application Design using ReactJS
- Back-end and Middle-ware development
- Write new functionality and investigate different approaches to tackle new projects
- Contribute to new technologies and ideas
- Code Reviews and some mentoring
- Application of GIT and TFS Source Control
- Willingness to learn technology for ad-hoc project development when required
Essential Technical Skills:
- C# / .NET – ASP.NET
- ReactJS – but Angular or Node will equally suffice
- SQL Server
- Strong OO background – ASP.NET MVC
- HTML 5, Bootstrap
- Git and TFS Source Control
- Advanced knowledge of APIs
- Code Reviews
