We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join a collaborative remote team, supporting day-to-day platform operations across Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint management, and cloud-based services. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong 2nd line support experience who enjoys troubleshooting user, platform, and cloud-service issues in a modern remote-first environment. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve incidents, improve processes, and support a seamless experience for users across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 2nd line support to a fully remote user base across Microsoft 365 and cloud-based platforms
- Troubleshoot user access, authentication, device, mail flow, and connectivity issues
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes including user provisioning, permissions, and device setup
- Support endpoint configuration, device management, and remote user support activities
- Investigate and resolve issues across cloud platforms, identity services, and business applications
- Assist with system changes, software deployments, upgrades, and maintenance
