An established international manufacturing organisation is looking for an SAP S/4HANA Support Analyst to join its growing technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with SAP support experience who wants to develop their skills within a modern S/4HANA environment. You'll work closely with operational and business teams, supporting critical systems across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain functions.
The position offers exposure to a broad SAP landscape and would suit someone looking to progress beyond traditional application support into a more business-focused SAP role.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting and improving the organisation's SAP S/4HANA platform, helping users resolve issues, improving business processes, and supporting ongoing system enhancements.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and resolving SAP support incidents and service requests
- Investigating functional issues and carrying out root cause analysis
- Supporting configuration changes through established change processes
- Working with users across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain operations
- Supporting master data integrity and data-related issue resolution
- Assisting with testing activities, system enhancements, and process improvements
- Monitoring integrations between SAP and connected business applications
- Maintaining support documentation and knowledge articles
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Supporting the ongoing optimisation and adoption of SAP S/4HANA capabilities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or another enterprise ERP platform
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with business users to investigate and resolve application issues
- Understanding of ERP processes within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or warehousing environments
- Exposure to SAP Fiori or modern SAP user interfaces
- Experience supporting one or more SAP functional areas such as MM, PP, EWM, TM, QM, FI, or CO
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple activities effectively
Desirable Experience
- SAP S/4HANA support experience
- Manufacturing or production industry experience
- Exposure to warehouse management or supply chain processes
- Experience with testing, UAT, and change management activities
- Understanding of SAP security, authorisations, or master data management
