We’re looking for a Senior Web Designer contractor to help craft seamless out-of-game experiences for a leading UK Games studio. You’ll focus on key player journeys like account creation, onboarding, payment flows, and community features — ensuring smooth, engaging interactions beyond gameplay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map and optimise player journeys across registration, returner recovery, purchase, and community services
- Design engaging onboarding journeys that mirror the games brand and tone
- Develop and maintain atomic design systems to ensure consistent UI components and branding
- Design intuitive, engaging onboarding and payment flows with rapid iteration based on user feedback
- Prototype and deliver production-ready pages using no-code tools (Framer, Webflow, or similar)
- Create accessible, cross-device community service interfaces (e.g. hiscores, polls)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Web/UX/UI design roles with strong journey mapping skills
- Gaming industry experience highly desirable
- Solid expertise in atomic design systems and component libraries
- Comfortable working remotely with a fast-paced, iterative design process
- Experience designing for online membership / subscription platforms or similar
