We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with electronics project management experience to join an innovative technology business delivering complex hardware and software product development programmes within the critical communications sector. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-visibility projects across the full product lifecycle — from concept through to volume production — working with cross-functional engineering and commercial teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Opportunity
As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of complex new product development projects involving embedded software, electronics, hardware, and integrated platform solutions. You will be responsible for delivering programmes to scope, time, budget, and quality while managing risks, stakeholders, resources, and delivery teams. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Strategy, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales teams across a technically advanced organisation.

- Lead complex hardware and embedded software development programmes from concept to production
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Drive delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Hardware, Software, Manufacturing, and Product functions
- Lead regular project governance and stakeholder meetings
