In this role, the Senior Digital Hardware Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance digital circuits, focusing on advanced signal integrity, power distribution, and FPGA integration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams on PCB design, signal simulation, and hardware prototyping to ensure the successful development of cutting-edge systems. The position offers an opportunity to work on challenging and high-profile projects, from concept through to production. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop high-speed digital circuits, ensuring optimal signal integrity and performance. Lead the PCB design and layout process, optimising power distribution and meeting high-speed design requirements. Contribute to FPGA design and verification using VHDL/Verilog, working closely with software and hardware teams to meet project specifications. Conduct simulations and validation of designs to ensure their reliability in real-world applications. Support the full product lifecycle, from prototyping and design to integration and production. Experience and Background: Strong background in high-speed digital circuit design, including signal integrity, power management, and PCB layout. Proficiency in FPGA design and verification using VHDL/Verilog. Experience with design tools such as Cadence Allegro or Mentor Graphics. Familiarity with high-speed communication protocols such as DDR, PCIe, or SERDES. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment.
