    • Support project managers and team leads with planning, prioritisation, and risk escalation.
    • Maintain a consolidated programme roadmap and delivery schedule.
  • Stakeholder & Communication Management
    • Serve as the central point of communication for programme progress, risks, and strategic decisions.
    • Engage regularly with leadership, external partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
    • Translate complex programme insights into clear updates suitable for different audiences.
  • Risk, Issue & Budget Control
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks with structured contingency planning.
    • Track performance against agreed KPIs, OKRs, and milestones.
    • Oversee programme budgets, manage financial reporting, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Conduct programme-level reviews to capture lessons learned and embed best practice.
    • Champion consistent use of delivery frameworks, tools, and methodologies across the organisation.
    • Support the development of operational processes that improve efficiency and predictability.
