Senior Stock Controller | Up to £35k | Snetterton | Automotive Technology We are working with our client looking for a Senior Stock Controller to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the stores' function, ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, controlled and issued to support production and project requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced stores or warehouse professional to play a key role in supporting a highly technical manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will provide operational coordination and support to the stores' team while helping to maintain accurate stock records, efficient material flow and warehouse best practice. Manage the day-to-day operation of the stores and warehouse function Pick, issue and kit materials accurately for production and project requirements Carry out stock checks, investigate discrepancies and support inventory audits Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring correct packaging, labelling and documentation Work closely with Production, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure material availability Identify opportunities to improve stock control, material flow and warehouse efficiency Support the onboarding and training of new team members where required Previous experience within a warehouse, stores or manufacturing environment Stock control and inventory management experience Experience working alongside Production, Procurement or Supply Chain teams IFS ERP experience Previous senior stores or warehouse experience Current forklift licence Company bonus scheme 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Free on-site parking Pension scheme Private healthcare Life assurance Study support and clear career progression Opportunity to work on industry-leading automotive simulation technology with some of the world's most recognised automotive brands
