Our London based, housebuilder, client is preparing to implement the latest standalone version of COINS. This is a greenfield implementation where a well-governed, structured rollout is critical to setting the foundation for future expansion. The client is therefore seeking an experienced COINS Implementation Consultant to take full, end-to-end ownership of the implementation. This engagement offers flexibility, with the role available on either a full-time (5 days per week) or part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the COINS implementation
- Develop and manage the overall implementation plan
- Define, validate, and document a complete set of business and system requirements
- Manage data migration in collaboration with Single Point Solutions, ensuring data integrity
- Lead system configuration, deployment, and go-live activities
- Deliver user training and support adoption across the business
- Act as the primary COINS subject-matter expert, working largely independently
- Provide optional ad-hoc support following the initial implementation, if required
Required Experience
- Proven experience leading greenfield COINS implementations (Highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of structured ERP delivery and governance
- Hands-on experience across configuration, data migration, and user training
- Comfortable operating autonomously and engaging with senior stakeholders
