A fast-growing EdTech company is looking for a Senior Learning Technologist to join its expanding content and learning design team. The company develops immersive digital learning experiences that bridge the gap between theoretical and practical education, using interactive technology, simulations and modern learning design approaches. As the business scales across the UK and US, this role will play a key part in shaping high-quality digital courses within its platform. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both instructional design and the practical build and QA of digital learning content. You’ll work closely with educators, writers and internal teams to translate content into structured, engaging and pedagogically sound learning experiences.

Role Responsibilities

  • Build, structure and publish digital courses using an in-house Content Studio / CMS, translating written content, simulations and assets into cohesive learning experiences.
  • Apply instructional design principles to ensure courses meet learning objectives, follow clear pedagogical logic and maintain learner engagement.
  • Collaborate with external educators and internal subject-matter experts to review content for accuracy, clarity, consistency and readability.
  • Work closely with writers, simulation developers and asset teams to ensure smooth handover and identify missing elements.
