We’re working with a major UK-based organisation currently undergoing large-scale digital transformation. They’re looking for an experienced IT Training Lead to drive their IT training strategy, manage a team of Trainers, and ensure the successful adoption of new systems and services across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of national training programmes and play a leading role in how new technology is embraced across the organisation.
Role:
- Lead the design and delivery of IT training programmes across a large-scale business environment.
- Line manage a team of IT Trainers and oversee training resource allocation.
- Define strategy and learning frameworks to support the rollout of digital systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Cyber Security, HR, Change, and Data teams.
- Oversee the training budget, platform management and reporting on ROI.
- Ensure high standards in training materials, assessments, and post-implementation reviews.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in IT Training and strategy/delivery leadership.
- Proven team management experience and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, learning platforms and training delivery models.
- Experience with ERP/CRM Systems Training such as Dynamics, SAP or Microsoft technologies.
- Strong understanding of business processes and change management principles.
