We are supporting a leading UK client on the delivery of two technology-enabled business change programmes and are seeking a hands-on Solution Architect with Causeway and data integration experience. This role will split time across two concurrent initiatives, focused on embedding new, cloud-based applications into a COINS-centric ERP landscape, replacing manual processes and enabling standardisation across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing end-to-end application solutions that integrate new platforms into an existing housebuilder environment.
  • Leading solution and integration design for a Causeway SRM and E-Tendering implementation, integrating with COINS ERP and downstream data platforms.
  • Defining data and integration architecture (APIs, data flows, master data ownership).
  • Producing High-Level Designs (HLDs) and guiding solutions through architecture governance.
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, IT teams, and business stakeholders to translate unclear requirements into deliverable solutions.
  • Supporting pilot deployments and shaping approaches for wider rollout.
  • Ensuring smooth service transition into BAU support teams.
Key Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Solution / Application Architect in construction or housebuilding environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Causeway (SRM, E-Tendering or related modules).
  • Strong background in systems integration and data architecture.
  • Experience integrating solutions with COINS ERP or similar construction ERP platforms.
