We’re seeking an experienced Software Salesperson / Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager to lead and develop a growing sales team within a successful EdTech company at a time of product innovation and growth. You’ll manage a team of 4 Sales Executives, driving performance, coaching for success and contributing directly to revenue by leading from the front. Supported by strong marketing and a healthy pipeline of warm leads, you’ll play a key role in delivering growth and refining the sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales executives
  • Personally manage and close high-value opportunities through compelling software demonstrations
  • Optimise sales processes and maximise warm lead conversion
  • Collaborate across marketing and education teams to align strategy
  • Report on performance and pipeline to senior leadership

About You:

  • Proven track record managing and developing B2B sales teams
  • Skilled in consultative, solution based selling of SaaS / Software products in Education / Data / Analytics or related market
  • Strong CRM and data driven approach (Zoho/Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Commercially driven, collaborative and ambitious

Package:

  • Basic Salary £50,000–£55,000
  • Annual bonuses for personal and team targets
  • Uncapped personal commission (OTE c. £70,000)
  • Hybrid working - 2 days a week onsite in Huddersfield
