We are supporting a leading organisation in the search for an experienced PMO Lead to support a major greenfield ERP transformation programme.

This role will play a critical part in establishing and maintaining project governance, ownership of RAID processes, programme documentation, reporting, and financial controls across a complex transformation initiative. The successful candidate will work closely with programme leadership, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure effective governance and visibility throughout the programme lifecycle.

Experience supporting ERP implementations, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar enterprise transformation programmes, would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and maintain PMO governance across a major ERP transformation programme.
  • Establish and embed governance processes within a greenfield programme environment.
  • Own the programme RAID process, conducting regular reviews and ensuring risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are effectively managed and escalated.
  • Ensure all programme documentation is accurately maintained, version controlled, and aligned with governance standards.
  • Produce high-quality programme reporting, dashboards, and management information for senior stakeholders.
  • Support programme budget management through tracking forecasts, actuals, spend, and variances.
  • Facilitate governance forums, programme reviews, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Monitor programme health, milestones, actions, and dependencies.
  • Challenge project teams where necessary to ensure adherence to agreed governance standards and controls.
  • Drive consistency, visibility, and accountability across the programme.
Essential Experience
  • Proven experience as a PMO Lead, PMO Manager, Programme Office Manager, or Senior PMO Analyst.
  • Strong project governance experience within large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Extensive RAID management experience, including ownership and facilitation of RAID reviews.
  • Strong documentation and programme control experience.
  • Experience tracking budgets, forecasts, actuals, and programme financials.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Experience producing executive-level reporting and governance packs.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central exposure.
  • Experience working within greenfield transformation environments.
  • PRINCE2, P3O, MSP, APM, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience operating within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
