We’re looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to hit the ground running in a 2/3-month contract role supporting a busy finance team at a leading automotive technology company near Wymondham.
The Role: As a Finance Assistant, you’ll help support the day-to-day financial operations, including:
- Maintaining and reconciling sales and purchase ledgers
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Posting journals and assisting with month-end processes
- Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
- Supporting the wider finance team with general finance and admin tasks
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in a finance or bookkeeping position
- Strong knowledge of core accounting principles
- Proficiency with accounting software
- AAT Level 3/4 or equivalent qualification
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Contract Details:
- Rate: £16–£20 per hour (Inside IR35)
- Duration: 3 months Temporary Contract
- Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite in Wymondham
