Key Responsibilities: Design and develop photonic and fibre-optic components (PICs and silicon photonic chips). Lead collaboration with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to create high-performance systems. Hands-on with prototype assembly and testing, using tools like Multiphysics for modelling.
