The Opportunity
We are supporting a leading organisation in the search for an experienced PMO Lead to support a major greenfield ERP transformation programme. This role will play a critical part in establishing and maintaining project governance, ownership of RAID processes, programme documentation, reporting, and financial controls across a complex transformation initiative. The successful candidate will work closely with programme leadership, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure effective governance and visibility throughout the programme lifecycle. Experience supporting ERP implementations, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar enterprise transformation programmes, would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain PMO governance across a major ERP transformation programme.
- Establish and embed governance processes within a greenfield programme environment.
- Own the programme RAID process, conducting regular reviews and ensuring risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are effectively managed and escalated.
- Ensure all programme documentation is accurately maintained, version controlled.
