The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 £ per year.

We are seeking a highly experienced Contracts Manager with current MOD contract management experience. Space sector experience is desirable but not essential.

Location / Working model: The role is based in Guildford with 2 direct reports. The first 6 months are fully onsite. Hybrid working of three days a week onsite is available from month 7 onwards.

Contract Manager role:

  • Organisation: day-to-day operations, organising, supporting and sharing in the team’s work and goals.
  • Contractual: preparation, negotiation and management of all contractual commitments relating to projects and new business from acquisition of project to contract closure.
  • Team Building: encouraging and motivating the team; team player mentality.
  • Mentoring
