Business Central Consultant (Commercial Workstream) | 6-month Contract | Runcorn / Hybrid | Circa £500 - £520 per day Outside IR35 (rate flexible)
I am recruiting on behalf of a UK industrial services group currently delivering a large-scale transformation programme centred around the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and 4PS.
Having grown significantly through acquisition, the organisation is standardising commercial processes, reporting and operational controls across multiple business units.
As part of this transformation, they are seeking an experienced Business Central Consultant to support the Commercial Workstream, helping to design and deploy best-practice CRM, opportunity management and pipeline management processes within the new ERP environment.
Working closely with business stakeholders, transformation leaders and specialist 4PS implementation partners, you will play a key role in shaping the future-state commercial operating model.
- Key Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
- Strong understanding of CRM, opportunity management and sales pipeline processes.
- Experience configuring workflows, approval processes and role centres.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions.
- Experience working within transformation and change programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Desirable Experience
- 4PS experience.
- Construction, engineering, industrial services or infrastructure sector experience.
- Power BI exposure.
- Experience within acquisition-led organisations
