Business Data Analyst | Circa £50k Car Allowance | Barnsley As Business Data Analyst, you will act as a key link between IT and the wider business. Your main responsibility will be to gather, analyse and document business requirements and then translate them into digital solutions using your expertise with the Microsoft Power Platform. You may come from a Business Intelligence, Business Systems or Business Data background with strong stakeholder skills as you will be required to work across departments to understand challenges and deliver change with technology solutions. Role / Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements Produce high quality process maps, user stories and solution designs Develop and maintain digital tools and apps using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) Support existing digital solutions and provide technical assistance Advise on change requests and support programme and project implementation Assist with system rollouts, testing, training and support Help shape BI/reporting strategy and requirements Skills / Experience: Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience Strong experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within an IT environment Proficient with Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps Ability to manage small projects or workstreams independently Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Package: Circa £50,000 Car allowance Office first culture (ideally up to 4 days a week onsite) 25 days holiday bank holidays Private healthcare Company pension Life insurance Health cash plan & rewards41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
