Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM professional looking for a role where you can take ownership of a key business platform and help shape its future?

We’re looking for a Dynamics CRM Developer / Technical Specialist to support the day-to-day management, development and improvement of our Peppermint Dynamics CRM platform. You’ll become the go-to technical contact for the platform, working closely with developers, architects, business analysts and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions and improve the overall CRM environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Take ownership of the technical design, development and support of the Peppermint Dynamics CRM platform
  • Design, build and test workflows, screens and CRM functionality
  • Review existing customisations and identify areas requiring redevelopment or improvement
  • Help reduce technical debt and ensure the platform follows Microsoft Dynamics and Peppermint best practices
  • Work closely with internal CMS specialists to ensure CRM integrates effectively with the firm's wider systems
  • Translate business requirements into practical, maintainable technical solutions
  • Support DevOps, change and release management across different environments
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews and technical design reviews
  • Provide 3rd line technical support for complex CRM issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance, maintainability and the overall user experience
  • Keep technical documentation up to date using tools such as DevOps and ServiceNow

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone with solid experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ideally with experience across development, customisation and technical support. You’ll need to be comfortable:

  • Working with and developing CRM solutions and customisations
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Reviewing existing CRM functionality and identifying improvements
  • Working with developers, architects, business analysts and non-technical stakeholders
  • Working within Agile development environments
  • Supporting controlled deployments and release processes
  • Taking ownership of a business-critical platform and helping shape its technical roadmap

Experience with Peppermint Dynamics CRM would be highly advantageous, but strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience within legal or professional services is the key requirement.

Rate: £450-£475 per day

3 month contract with potential for extension

Outside IR35

Fully remote with occasional on-site meetings
