About the Role

  • Work well in a team, taking ownership of your section.
  • Ensure that the highest standards are maintained at all times.
  • Ensure that the kitchen areas designated, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the Hotel.
  • Follow closely the recipe specifications to ensure consistency of the food.
  • Ensure all mise-en-place is set up accordingly.

About You

  • Previous similar experience, ideally within a 5* luxury hotel environment.
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Food safety training along with relevant culinary qualifications.
  • Ability to start the shift at 05:00hrs.
