About the Role

  • Be flexible with combined roles of Bartender, Lab Bartender and Waiter.
  • Create memorable cocktails and offer world class spirits, wines and beers.
  • Take ownership of the bar prep and laboratory to achieve the highest levels of organisation with stock, prep and ingredients used in the bar for all cocktails.
  • Support all the team in delivering an excellent experience for guests.
  • Suggest and implement new creative ideas and concepts to improve the overall experience in the bar for our guests by delivering the best possible drinks and concepts.
  • Support the bar team in creating cocktails that are both classic and innovative.
  • Have flair, charisma and charm in a theatrical environment.
  • Be immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of our guests and bar management team.
  • Handle complex situations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills.
  • Ensure that licensing laws and health and safety matters are adhered to.

About You

  • Excellent knowledge of classic cocktails and passion for the bar industry.
  • Previous experience in a similar 5* environment.
  • Flair, passion and a conscientious attitude.
  • Confidence, professionalism and engaging personality.
  • Ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear conversational English language; knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial.
