ABOUT THE ROLE
- Ensure all orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to standards.
- Be fully conversant with all the In‑Room Dining menu.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus to guests.
- Provide prompt, friendly and efficient service.
- Personalise and engage with guests at every opportunity.
- Maximise sales opportunities, upsell where appropriate.
- Be responsible for ensuring bills are dealt with accurately.
- Prepare amenities for guest rooms.
- Prepare mise‑en‑place and ensure be prepared for service.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a similar 5* environment.
- Strong interest in food and beverage.
- Flair, passion and a conscientious attitude.
- Confidence, professionalism and engaging personality.
- Ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Clear conversational English language; knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial.
