About the Role
- Work well in a team, taking ownership of your section.
- Ensure that the highest standards are maintained at all times.
- Ensure that the kitchen areas designated, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the Hotel.
- Follow closely the recipe specifications to ensure consistency of the food.
- Ensure all mise-en-place is set up accordingly.
About You
- Previous similar experience, ideally within a 5* luxury hotel environment.
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Food safety training along with relevant culinary qualifications.
- Ability to start the shift at 05:00hrs.
