About the role:
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus to guests.
- Lead a team within your section, ensuring all guests receive outstanding customer service.
- Create an emotional engagement with guests, thus creating exceptional memories.
- Take pride in developing and training junior colleagues.

- Excellent knowledge of mixology, wines, champagne and liquor.
- Previous experience in a similar 5* environment.
- Flair, passion and a conscientious attitude.
