About the Role

  • Ensure that all guests’ needs are dealt with immediately and complaints are handled efficiently and logged.
  • Greet, check in and perform rooming procedures.
  • Oversee the food and beverage offerings – ensuring sufficient supply and beautiful presentation.
  • Motivate, lead and develop the Langham Club team.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as duty rotas, holiday requests, sickness/absence, and monthly stock takes.
  • Ensure that Health and Safety, food-hygiene regulations and procedures are followed and respected at all times.

About You

  • Previous food and beverage background is desirable.
  • Previous experience at a supervisor/assistant manager level is essential.
  • Understanding of luxury customer service is a must.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Strong managerial and leadership qualities.
  • Previous experience preparing a roster or handling a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Previous experience with Shiji, Opera PMS and MICROS systems is an advantage.
