About the Role
- Ensure that all guests’ needs are dealt with immediately and complaints are handled efficiently and logged.
- Greet, check in and perform rooming procedures.
- Oversee the food and beverage offerings – ensuring sufficient supply and beautiful presentation.
- Motivate, lead and develop the Langham Club team.
- Carry out administrative duties such as duty rotas, holiday requests, sickness/absence, and monthly stock takes.
- Ensure that Health and Safety, food-hygiene regulations and procedures are followed and respected at all times.
About You
- Previous food and beverage background is desirable.
- Previous experience at a supervisor/assistant manager level is essential.
- Understanding of luxury customer service is a must.
- Great attention to detail.
- Strong managerial and leadership qualities.
- Previous experience preparing a roster or handling a variety of administrative tasks.
- Previous experience with Shiji, Opera PMS and MICROS systems is an advantage.
