ABOUT THE ROLE

As a

Palm Court Restaurant Assistant Manager , your main role will be to

  • ensure the smooth running of breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea, and private events taking place in Palm Court
  • demonstrate a real understanding of achieving and maintaining quality through effective service management
  • lead a team that is genuine in delivering service excellence
  • be operational and visible to the team
  • assist with the achievement of departmental KPI results
  • support the Departmental Trainer in conducting all on-the-job training for all colleagues to ensure all Company standards are adhered to

Do you have?

  • similar experience in a luxury 5* hotel
  • passion for and excellent knowledge of food, beverage and service
  • the ability to work under pressure
  • the ability to lead by example and motivate a strong team
  • the ability to adapt swiftly and seamlessly to situations that arise
  • confidence, professionalism and engaging personality
  • good communication skills and a very good level of English
