About the role

Reporting to the Senior Design Manager (London), you will support various projects as part of the design and technical services team. Departmental activities will also include updates to design control standards, templates and presentations. Your day-to-day focus will be to:

  • Coordinate and liaise with project managers, consultants, contractors, and internal LHG stakeholders on design, operations and implementation of hotel projects.
  • Support technical services activities to ensure design standards are consistent for all hotel brands within the group.
  • Support all stages of new and existing projects, ranging from feasibility studies, facility audit, drawing review, and pre-opening coordination.
  • Assess and review all aspects of hotel design, including MUR, FOH guest area verbal and written.
  • Ability to travel for overseas site meetings and site inspections.
