Commercial Associate – Business Development & Marketing (Graduate level)
Join Langham Hall as a Commercial Associate, a high‑performing associate focused on commercial strategy, marketing, content and communications. The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and structured mentoring.
Key responsibilities
- Support business development outreach and lead tracking across jurisdictions.
- Prepare pitch materials, bios, credentials and presentations for client and intermediary meetings.
- Monitor pipeline activity and contribute to internal reporting.
- Conduct research on target clients, themes and investor groups.
- Help plan and execute commercial events, including guest list coordination, materials, logistics and speaker briefings.
- Generate and coordinate LinkedIn content, supporting thought leadership and Life at Langham Hall cultural content.
- Work closely with fee earners and team leads to source news, ideas and approvals.
- Contribute to the creation of internal communications materials, including the quarterly newsletter.
- Support marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
- Maintain and update website content in line with brand repositioning.
- Help design simple branded visuals for LinkedIn, web and email campaigns, working with design support as needed.
- Track and report on content performance and engagement metrics.
- Develop and distribute press materials, including news releases, executive quotes and briefing documents.
- Manage and enhance relationships with financial, alternative asset and business journalists to secure coverage and enhance Langham Hall’s media presence.
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for Langham Hall to contribute expert insights to press and industry discussions.
- Coordinate responses to media inquiries, ensuring alignment with business messaging.

Technical Knowledge / Skills Required
- Strong communication skills; a client‑facing orientation is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
