With over a century of heritage and innovation, our Salford facility is equipped to handle complex projects, from precision fabrication to advanced welding and testing.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nWe are looking for a Welding Engineer to join our engineering team in Salford. This is a key role in supporting the delivery of high-integrity welded components and ensuring our welding processes meet the highest technical and safety standards.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Develop, evaluate, and maintain welding procedures and specifications.\\n\\n * Support weld qualification and testing activities.\\n\\n * Provide technical support to production, fabrication, and inspection teams.\\n\\n * Ensure compliance with international welding standards and project requirements.\\n\\n * Prepare and review quality documentation, including ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans).\\n\\n * Collaborate with quality and inspection teams to maintain standards across projects.\\n\\n * Drive continuous improvement and innovation in welding and fabrication processes.\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\nEssential\\n\\n * IWT (International Welding Technologist) qualification (minimum).\\n\\nDesirable\\n\\n * IWE (International Welding Engineer) or MSc in Welding Engineering.\\n\\n * Experience working with pressure vessels or pressure systems.\\n\\n * Knowledge of high-performance alloys (e.g.
