The Role
We’re seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our growing team. You will operate CNC machines to produce precision parts, contributing to the delivery of high‑quality components for specialist sectors.
Key Duties
- Operating and setting up CNC machines (mills/lathes)
- Working from detailed engineering drawings
- Conducting in‑process inspections using precision measuring equipment
- Performing routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a CNC Machinist in a production or engineering environment
- Confident and competent at programming Mazatrol
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Desirable
- Time‑served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Experience operating CNC and manual lathes
