You will be working on a full time, permanent basis, working 4 On 4 Off and in return, you will receive a highly competitive salary of £28,458.49 per annum plus excellent company benefits!

The Dock Office Administrator role:

This is a fantastic role to really get your teeth into! Your role will be to work in partnership with transport and warehouse colleagues to ensure that incoming and outgoing deliveries are handled and stored correctly and that all relevant records are created and maintained.

What you\'ll be doing as our Dock Office Administrator:

  • Act as key point of contact for despatch and receipt of customer goods
  • Co-ordinate all incoming driver documents and update all relevant electronic and manual records
  • Respond to customer queries, ensuring any discrepancies are recorded, investigated and resolved
  • Update relevant records and brief colleagues on stock movement progress
  • Conduct regular and ad hoc stock checks, escalating any issues to management in a timely manner
  • Advise and guide other colleagues where required
  • Provide cover for the Customer Service and Transport Teams where required

What qualifications and experience are we looking for in our Dock Office Administrator?

  • Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge and application of health and safety procedures
