As a Workshop Technician, you help make that happen. You’ll be working on a large, modern fleet, with a structured shift pattern, no weekend work, and the opportunity to boost your earnings through regular overtime.
What you will be doing:
- Ensuring trailers are repaired and maintained in accordance with prescribed standards.
- Preparing and presenting trailers for MOT inspections.
- Diagnosing trailer‑related defects using available diagnostic equipment and arranging for relevant action to be taken.
- Liaising with trailer manufacturers regarding acquiring of parts and replacement vehicles, keeping key colleagues informed of progress where necessary.
- Ensuring high levels of safety and cleanliness at all times and that required house‑keeping duties meet required standards.
- Updating and maintaining appropriate digital records and ensuring all relevant information is shared with relevant departments on a timely basis.
