Kisharon Langdon UK has an exciting opportunity for HR Manager to join their growing Human Resources team in North West London.

The Role;
Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of HR, the HR Manager will take ownership of a broad HR remit, delivering best-practice people solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role is suited to a confident, self-starting HR professional who can operate autonomously, drive change, and support a modern, compliant, and high-performing HR function.
As a key member of the management team, you will lead the people agenda, support operational delivery, and ensure an outstanding employee experience while mitigating organisational risk.
Key Responsibilities;
- Line manage, coach, and develop a small HR team.
- Lead on complex and sensitive employee relations cases with a fair, consistent, and commercially focused approach.
- Drive a high-performance, accountable, and inclusive culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers.
- Coach and support managers on ER matters and people management.
- Ensure full compliance with UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Lead HR audits including Right to Work, GDPR and employment documentation.
- Build, implement, and maintain robust HR policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Manage organisational risk and liaise with external legal advisers as required.
- Maintain compliance across workplace ethics, Health & Safety, security, and environmental responsibilities.
About You;
Essential
- Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven HR Manager or senior HR experience across the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Previous line management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex ER cases and HR audits.
- HRIS experience with the ability to produce meaningful reports and insights.
Desirable
- CIPD qualification Level 5 or above.
- HRIS experience with Itrent, BambooHR or Workforce.
- Previous experience of working in the social care sector and knowledge of current safeguarding regulations.
