Responsibilities include providing high standards of customer service and positive first impressions for all guests visiting the home. Ensure the reception area provides a friendly, welcoming and professional image at all times. Support the Home Admin Manager with a variety of administrative tasks, such as answering enquiries, responding to emails, and postal duties.

Coordinate all front desk activities including:

  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Providing information for callers
  • Redirecting calls or taking accurate messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate person in a timely manner

Assist with payroll tasks such as:

  • Setting up new starters
  • Recording absence and annual leave
  • Processing leavers

Support day-to-day admin tasks ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Assist with enquiry handling, preparing and sending out brochures, and responding to and sending emails.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous administrative experience desirable
  • Knowledge of Finance and/or HR procedures
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident handling personal and sensitive data, maintaining confidentiality
  • Organised, numerate, accurate, and with a 'can-do' attitude
