About the Role
The Pastoral Support Officer works closely with the pastoral team to ensure the needs of all students are met. Responsibilities include dealing with attendance issues, supporting young people in accessing their education, and assisting students with day‑to‑day activities. You will maintain accurate records, collaborate with staff, students, parents, and external agencies to provide first‑class pastoral support. This demanding role requires resilience, quick learning and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
