Hours: 39 hours per week, 5 days over 7, to include weekend working

Role Summary

As a Brimstone Spa Host at Langdale, you’ll be a key member of the Spa Team, delivering exceptional service and acting as the first and last point of contact for guests at Brimstone Spa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the spa meet and greet area and manage daily bookings
  • Supervise staff during service, including menu briefings and order flow
  • Handle cashing up and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Advise guests on Spa Deli offerings and serve drinks
  • Liaise with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef
  • Support staff training and team development
  • Manage spa cleaning programmes and oversee the thermal area
  • Provide flexible, ad hoc support across the spa team, championing a holistic, wellbeing-focused approach
  • Deliver wellness treatments and therapies on an ad-hoc basis

This role is based on-site at Langdale Hotel and Spa, Ambleside, LA22 9JD. Staff accommodation or relocation support may be available for exceptional candidates. All candidates must have the legal right to live and work in the UK at the start of employment.
