About the Role: To lead and continually improve all safety disciplines across the Estate, with a key focus on food safety, to meet and exceed legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee food safety compliance strategy and policies
- Lead food safety audits, risk assessments, and training across all hospitality operations
- Act as the primary contact for food safety authorities and manage corrective actions
- Lead compliance in health & safety and fire safety disciplines
- Maintain and improve compliance systems and policies
- Report KPIs and compliance metrics to the Managing Director
Key Skills and Attributes:
- 5-8 years compliance experience in hospitality, resort or multi-site setting, proven record in driving improvement
- Level 4 Food Safety
- NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards)
- Fire Risk Assessment qualification is required (IFE/FPA etc.)
- Member of IOSH (TechIOSH or GradIOSH)
