Job Overview: Are you ready to make a difference in our guests' experiences by ensuring their surroundings are clean, comfortable, and inviting? We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Lodge Cleaner to join our team. As a Lodge Cleaner, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our lodges, creating a welcoming environment for our guests to enjoy throughout their stay.

Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and tidying assigned lodges meticulously, encompassing bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to uphold our commitment to excellence.
  • Performing tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces as required to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Changing linens and making beds with care and attention to detail.
  • Replenishing amenities including toiletries and towels to ensure our guests' comfort and convenience.
  • Emptying trash and recycling bins promptly and efficiently to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Adhering strictly to health and safety guidelines and procedures to uphold the well-being of our guests and staff.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with fellow team members to ensure efficient lodge turnover and guarantee guest satisfaction.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping, though not essential, is preferred.
