What we’re looking for
- Extensive experience in children’s residential care management.
- Strong understanding of legislation, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children’s and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent).
- QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Children’s Services, or willingness to complete this as part of the role.
