The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your section efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. Working closely with the Sous Chefs and Head Chef, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain your designated section during service.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards.
  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures are followed.
  • Support junior chefs with training and development.
  • Monitor stock levels and minimise waste.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your section at all times.

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant.
