Our client is a leading UK-based renewable energy company specializing in the production of biomethane through anaerobic digestion. By partnering closely with local farmers, they convert agricultural and organic waste into clean, green energy while generating valuable by-products such as nutrient-rich bio-fertiliser and high-purity green CO2. This closed-loop approach supports sustainable agriculture, drives rural economic development, and advances the circular economy.
They are recruiting for a Site Operations Manager for one of their gas injection hubs and responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for meeting budgetary requirements and implementing an OpEx budget for the site.
- Daily operations will include the monitoring and recording of key performance indicators on site and flagging issues to maintain production, including the use of the company's CMMS system.
- The injection hub will be operating 24/7 (remotely out of hours) and accepting deliveries up to 12 times per day.
- During your shift, you will be in close communications with the logistics provider and the feeder sites to plan deliveries into the hub.
- You will be responsible for the performance of the site.
