Position: Project Director

Location: Winchester with hybrid working available

Salary: £120k+ (Neg DOE), car/allowance, bonus and excellent benefits package

Our Client: Is an integrated design and build solution provider operating in the water sector. They have over 1,000 staff working across eight regional centres, primarily supporting eight long term water sector frameworks operating both on their own and increasingly in joint ventures and alliances.

The Role: Our Client is looking to strengthen their delivery team with a Project Director covering a £150m project in Winchester on their CMDP Joint Venture Framework. You will report directly to the Programme Director and you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the project ensuring consistency with company strategy by planning and evaluating project activities, within the time required and within the tender estimate without risk to the health and safety of all concerned while ensuring good customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote exceptional safety and delivery quality standards to direct and subcontracted work force
  • Ensuring that the BMS is implemented at all stages throughout the project delivery process, i.e from tender handover to final completion
  • Maintain good client relationships at all levels
  • Maintain the company's reputation on a project by ensuring good relationships
