Our client is a leading Engineering Contractor which operates throughout the UK delivering projects within the water sector and they have a new opportunity for a Project Coordinator/Information Coordinator to support their delivery teams across projects in the United Utilities region. You will be based from either their Manchester or Warrington offices with hybrid working available.
You'll report to the Regional Information Manager who resides in the Digital Delivery Team and you will work closely with engineers, project teams and site staff to ensure compliant, efficient document control throughout the full project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead document control activities for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with client standards, procedures and information management requirements.
- Set up and maintain project workspaces and electronic filing structures in Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk ACC, SharePoint and related systems.
- Manage the receipt, registration, classification, numbering, versioning and distribution of documents.
- Upload, issue, track and manage document workflows, ensuring responses are captured, monitored and circulated appropriately.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, correct metadata.
