Commercial Director Construction

Position: Commercial Director Location: Winchester with hybrid working available Salary: £120k+ (Neg DOE), car/allowance, bonus and excellent benefits package Our Client: Is an integrated design and build solution provider operating in the water sector. They have over 1,000 staff working across eight regional centres, primarily supporting eight long term water sector frameworks operating both on their own and increasingly in joint ventures and alliances. The Role: Our client is looking to strengthen their Commercial team with a Senior Commercial Manager/Commercial Director based in the Southern Water Region. The purpose of this role is to commercially manage a large project valued at circa £150m on which you will provide commercial support and leadership and ensure that the project is delivered within budget and in a timely manner. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement commercial strategies in line with company objectives.
