Position: M&E Project Manager

Location: Brighton (Hybrid Working Available)

Salary: £65-80k (Neg DOE) Plus Bonus, Car/Allowance and Excellent Benefits Package

Our Client: Is one of the largest privately owned engineering and infrastructure specialists in the UK, with over 40 years of experience in providing design, civil engineering and maintenance services working across multiple sectors, including water, transport, built environment and energy.

The Role: Provide leadership and M&E installation expertise to successfully deliver projects from inception to completion. Responsible for managing projects in accordance with NEC contract requirements, ensuring the proactive identification and management of risk, robust change control, and effective management of commercial obligations. Accountable for ensuring all works are delivered safely, to specification, on programme and within budget. Lead and actively engage project delivery and construction teams to promote a positive safety culture and drive successful project outcomes. Work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, designers and internal teams, you will plan, coordinate and manage M&E project activities in compliance with NEC processes. This includes programme management, early warnings, compensation events, cost control and timely decision-making. Maintain strong client relationships and clear lines of communication.
