Our client is a leading UK-based renewable energy company specializing in the production of biomethane through anaerobic digestion. By partnering closely with local farmers, they convert agricultural and organic waste into clean, green energy while generating valuable by-products such as nutrient-rich bio-fertiliser and high-purity green CO2. This closed-loop approach supports sustainable agriculture, drives rural economic development, and advances the circular economy.

They are recruiting for a Project Administrator who will play an important part in maintaining their document management systems for their projects. Key responsibilities will include:

  • You will be the focal point for document control, ensuring all information is distributed and managed correctly and assisting with project completion documentation.
  • Help set up and maintain the construction management software (Procore).
  • Liaise with site and project-based staff, ensuring retrieval of accurate documentation from key stakeholders to aid the creation of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals.
  • Ensure project documentation is correctly named, uploaded and filed on the project document management system on approved templates and version control is maintained.
  • Set up and maintain project handover delivery trackers.
  • Maintain satisfactory uploading of subcontractor documents, including updating metadata to maintain consistency across all documents.
  • Maintain all site folders in a state where archiving can be completed efficiently and retrieved.
  • Produce Site Handover Packs for Operation teams.
  • Liaise with the Project Managers, providing updates on project status and highlight and chase missing documentation.
  • Provide project support to the Engineering and Construction teams with ad hoc tasks.

Skills, Qualifications & experience:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and document management software such as Procore, Aconex, Issue Control or SharePoint.
  • Document control and site administration experience gained from within the construction or heavy engineering sector.
  • Experience of working in a multi-project environment with numerous stakeholders, subcontractors and suppliers.
